I’ve just finished the latest of our NLP Business Practitioner courses and I am reflecting on how the course provides the catalyst for change for so many delegates.
On the last course, since starting the course 7 months ago, there have been big changes for many of the delegates.
One has left his job for an IT Company and started a Landscape Design degree, another has moved to Peru (and has to complete the assessment part of the course by Skype), one has found and bought a new house, another has decided to move job, house and relocate to another part of the UK, one is pregnant, another has started a new relationship and has moved in with her new partner and one has changed his work patterns to avoid weekend work.
This is by no means unusual, typically, after completing the NLP Business Practitioner course, delegates make major changes in both work and private life.
The course focuses on the fact that we have choices and ‘we are in control of our minds and therefore our results’. Once delegates understand this, and gain the tools to set achievable goals that are aligned with their unconscious, they are much more likely to achieve just what they really want.
